appointment call (847)855-1000. Our office
hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and on first and
third Saturday of the month from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Voice mail messages are
checked and phone calls are returned on a
daily basis. Emergency cases will be
accepted on same business day.
Appointments can also be requested by filling
out appointment request form below.
Make sure to give us enough time. Our
schedule is normally booked up two weeks in
advance and four weeks if you want weekend
appointment. Also our busy hours are
8:00 am to 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm.
